Shipping policy
Shipping Information:
Please allow 1-3 days for your order to be processed as some Items are Made to order. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched.
Orders are shipped using Royal Mail and shipping will be calculated based on the weight of your parcel!
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
International customers are responsible to pay for any customs, tax or duties fees that may incur!
We offer worldwide shipping but please be aware that it can sometimes take up to 6 weeks for orders to arrive, especially during busy periods.
Once your order has been shipped, I am no longer responsible for your parcel.
Please upgrade to tracked shipping where possible!
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. BanziesBitz is not responsible for these changed and they must be paid by the customer.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. Your order will then be refunded, minus the shipping costs of the return
In the event of an order arriving damaged, please get in touch as soon as possible at hello@banziesbitz.co.uk please send your order number and photo of the items condition. BanziesBitz will then work with the customer to come to a satisfactory solution. This will work case-by-case.
